You may end this agreement at any time by stopping use of the Forum and requesting account closure.

10) Your Content and Licensing

You retain ownership of intellectual property in content you submit (“User Content”).

By posting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, store, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute your content within the Forum

  • Analyze content to operate, secure, and improve the service (including spam prevention and moderation)

  • Create backups and technical copies required for performance and security

This license ends when your content is deleted from the Forum and no longer exists in backups (which may take time).

You are responsible for the content you post and the permissions you have for it.

11) Community and Premium Areas

Some areas may be restricted by membership level. You may not share, repost, or redistribute premium-only content outside the Forum without permission from the Company or the content owner, unless the law allows it.

12) Intellectual Property of the Company

The Forum software configuration, branding, logos, design elements, and community frameworks provided by the Company are the Company’s intellectual property (or licensed to the Company). You may not use them outside the Forum without permission.

13) Disclaimers

The Forum and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Wellbeing disclaimer: The Forum discusses meditation and wellbeing practices for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have health concerns, consult qualified professionals.

14) Limits on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • The Company’s total liability for any claim related to the Forum will not exceed the amount you paid to the Company for the Forum in the 12 months before the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.

15) Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you agree the Company may use them without obligation to compensate you, and without restriction, unless you clearly mark them as confidential and we explicitly agree in writing.

16) Termination

Either you or the Company may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your permission to use the Forum ends.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including: Your Content license to the extent needed for backups, Disclaimers, Limits on Liability, and Dispute terms).

17) Disputes, Governing Law, and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

You agree that disputes related to these Terms or the Forum will be brought in the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post updates on the Forum and update the “Last updated” date.

For material changes, we may also notify registered users via email or a prominent forum notice. Continued use of the Forum after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
