QUANTUM FOOT BASE — Water Frequency and Structuring System Complement to the MWO Resonant Hoof
While the helmet works on the cranial field, this rectangular base for the feet closes the complete body circuit — from the crown to the sole, creating a whole-body resonant field.
PHYSICAL STRUCTURE
Sealed rectangular plastic box — high-strength leak-proof system.
Conductive top cover — divided into 2 zones:
- Left side → aluminum (pole 1)
- Center → insulating plastic strip (polarity separator)
- Right side → aluminum (pole 2)
The feet rest on the aluminum, directly receiving the frequencies emanating from within. The central plastic separator prevents short circuits between polarities —each foot receives its designated pole.
THE 4 INTERNAL RESONANT MODULES
The interior contains 4 identical units , symmetrically distributed:
- 2 units → connected to the MWO’s RECEIVING antenna
- 2 units → connected to the MWO TRANSMITTER antenna

The sapphire pyramid directly touches the aluminum of the lid — thus the frequency processed by the entire lower stack emerges towards the researcher’s feet through the metallic conductor.
DUAL WATER SYSTEM
The interior is divided into 2 separate watertight compartments — one for each polarity:
- Each compartment has its own portable mini pump
- The structured water — -mV or GANS — circulates continuously on each side
- The moving water is in direct contact with the 4 resonant modules
- The two polarities of water never mix.
Water is not just the medium — it is the vehicle for transmitting frequency information between all components.
PURPOSE OF THE SYSTEM
This base is not simply a “foot ionizer.” It is a foot quantum accelerator with three simultaneous functions:
1. Ascending frequency field The MWO frequencies, processed by the 4-layer resonant stack, emerge through the aluminum towards the feet — entry point of the body’s main energy meridians.
2. Accelerated Water Structuring Circulating water -mV or GANS, simultaneously exposed to Plasma, Shungite, double spiral and pyramidal geometry with sapphire, is structured and charged at a much higher speed than conventional methods.
3. Action of Fullerenes and Photons The Plasma + C60 Fullerene combination generates an environment rich in coherent photons within the circulating water — the fullerenes act as carriers and stabilizers of that photonic charge, which is then absorbed by the tissues through the soles of the feet.

A rectangular plastic base with a leak-proof sealing method, but with the conductive top cover split on two sides, like aluminum with plastic in the middle of each side to divide the output poles.
Inside that base is the resonant system composed of 4 parts, 2 parts go to the receiving antenna and 2 parts to the transmitting antenna.

Above the Sungitate is a double spiral.
Above that is a 6x6cm pyramid with a hole for a 9mm sapphire.
